So I've decided to do a little research on eating healthier and what not, and I came across this smoothie diet. I'm starting it tomorrow along with my regular routine with my P90X videos...I am getting exited to just get healthy again, and just feel good about myself and my body. I don't care about my size 7 jeans, I just want to be firm and healthy! lol Anyway, I'm posting my daily menu and I'm going to be blogging and taking pictures of myself every day to see how much I've changed. Well, here goes! Wish me luck!

Bowl of Special K with Skim Milk
Piece of fruit
Glass of Juice
Snack
Smoothie
Lunch
Turkey, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich (No Mayo)
with Balsamic Vinegar if you want
Snack
Smoothie
Dinner
Large Salad, Chicken, Brown Rice
Snack
Smoothie
Eat veggies as much as you want too! And drink LOTS of H20!
